Bench Top Dot Peen Marking Machine

TSA supplied Integrate Dot Peen marking machine is a powerful pneumatic device that efficiently creates permanent marks on a variety of hard materials such as metal and plastic.

The Dot Peen marking system works on air power
  • Software included. Normally a PC is required (not supplied). But with the TSA-KT-PS series controller includes software and touch screen, no requirement for PC.
  • The X-Y motion being the standard, circle marking is optional.
  • The screw holes on the table make it convenient to fix the “to-be-marked” products.
Portable Dot Peen Marking Machine
​The TSA-KT-PH Series Portable Dot Peen Marking System is designed for marking heavy, large metal parts such as car chassis and VIN numbers.
The machine needs to work with a PC and air power. The lightweight portable head and a small size controller take portability to another level. It enables direct part marking on product surfaces, using hard pins that can handle hardness of up to HRC 60.
