Pryor Portable Etching System

Pryor’s Portable Electrochemical Etching station is a very quick and easy to use etching system that creates a mark using an electric current. Controlled by PC software, the system is fully programmable and capable of creating many different mark designs, including alphanumeric data, Data Matrix codes and logos.
The output voltage and waveform are completely selectable, allowing the user to tailor the output to the material being marked. This enables high contrast, high quality marks to be created on virtually all electro-conductive materials, regardless of surface hardness. The machine is even capable of creating white marks as desired for certain applications.

Paint & Ink

Although not as permanent as an engraved or indented mark, some applications with painted and coated parts require ink or paint application.  
Pryor provide production line inkjet marking systems, which can be fully integrated to tracking and tracing software and configurable stencil sets for larger painted marks.

Inkjet Marking
Pryor's all-in-one Inkjet marking system creates a printed mark by propelling droplets of ink onto a substrate. It is usually considered as semi-permanent marking and is commonly used to print alphanumeric text, best before dates, logos and 1D and 2D barcodes for the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic and electronic industries.
